Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of polyethylene, and particularly relates to antistatic hard polyethylene foam and a preparation method thereof. Graphene is used as a base material, the surface activity of the graphene is improved and the active groups on the surface of the graphene are increased through plasma treatment, then the graphene reacts with vinyltriethoxysilane to enable the surface of the graphene to be combined with silane groups, and then the graphene and methyl methacrylate are subjected to the action of an initiator, so that the graphene/methyl methacrylate composite material is obtained. The surface-modified graphene is grafted with the methyl methacrylate prepolymer, so that firstly, the binding property with polyethylene is increased, the antistatic performance is enhanced, secondly, the foam expansion is improved by adding methyl methacrylate, and the hardness of the foam is improved by utilizing the modified graphene.
