Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of begonia new variety cultivation, and particularly relates to application of a series of BsMYB transcription factors in anthocyanin synthesis regulation. The series of BsMYB transcription factors comprise three transcription factors, namely, BsMYB302, BsMYB319 and BsMYB324, and the specific sequences of the transcription factors are as shown in SEQ ID No. 1-3. According to the application, related genome sequencing and analysis and comparison results are combined, a DFR promoter related fragment sequence is taken as a target, yeast hybridization, luciferase experiment and other means are utilized, a part of MYB transcription factors with a regulation effect on a DFR promoter fragment are obtained through preliminary screening, and related gene overexpression experiments are further combined, so that the MYB transcription factors with the regulation effect on the DFR promoter fragment are obtained.
