Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a photoinitiator 369, and belongs to the field of photoinitiator preparation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out Ullmann C-N coupling on chlorobenzene and morpholine under the action of a first catalyst to obtain N-phenylmorpholine; (2) N-phenylmorpholine and phenylalanine are subjected to a Friedel-Crafts reaction, and a compound I is prepared; (3) carrying out an aminomethylation reaction on the compound I, formic acid and formaldehyde to prepare a compound II; and (4) reacting the compound II with iodoethane to obtain a crude product of the photoinitiator 369. By implementing the method, the process route can be simplified, the use of fluorobenzene, bromine and the like is avoided, and the yield is increased.
