Comprising the following steps: 1, preparing a hydrotalcite-like nano copper-based catalyst: adopting copper nitrate, transition metal M nitrate, aluminum nitrate, a precipitant A and a precipitant B; 2, continuous synthesis of dimorpholinyl diethyl ether: firstly, loading a hydrotalcite-like nano-copper-based catalyst into a fixed bed reactor, and performing reduction activation on the hydrotalcite-like nano-copper-based catalyst by using hydrogen; preparing a raw material consisting of morpholine and diethylene glycol; the raw materials are pumped into a fixed bed reactor for reaction, so that reaction liquid containing the dimorpholinyl diethyl ether is obtained. The problems of low raw material conversion rate, poor product selectivity, short catalyst life and the like in the prior art are solved.
