The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing reactants according to the molar ratio of metal atoms of a target product; the preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing reactants, dissolving the weighed reactants in ethanol, uniformly mixing, sequentially adding citric acid, water and epoxypropane into a reactant system, standing, carrying out gel aging, putting the reactant system into absolute ethyl alcohol, sufficiently carrying out ion exchange, and drying by virtue of supercritical ethanol, so as to obtain a ceramic raw material; and carrying out high-temperature sintering on the ceramic raw material, setting a heating rate and a heating temperature, carrying out heat preservation and then carrying out natural cooling in a furnace so as to obtain the porous (Zr0. 2Ti0. 2Nb0. 2Hf0. 2Y0. 2) O2-x high-entropy oxide ceramic.
