Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a phycocyanin antibacterial hydrogel. The hydrogel is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 10-20% of acrylic acylated phycocyanin, 75-85% of methacrylic anhydride gelatin and 1-5% of a photoinitiator, wherein the acrylic acid acylated phycocyanin is prepared by the following steps: adding anhydrous tetrahydrofuran into phycocyanin and acryloyl chloride which is 1-1.5 times of the weight of the phycocyanin, adding anhydrous triethylamine which is 1-1.5 times of the weight of the phycocyanin at zero DEG C, reacting at room temperature for 4-8 hours, carrying out reduced pressure distillation to remove a solvent, dialyzing to remove a redundant solvent, and freeze-drying to obtain the acrylic acid acylated phycocyanin. The anti-phycocyanin antibacterial hydrogel disclosed by the invention has good biocompatibility, cell adhesion, swelling property and antibacterial property.
