Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a response surface optimized cinnamomum longepaniculatum phenol antioxidant preparation method which comprises the following steps: harvesting fresh cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaves in different seasons, airing and crushing; determining the polyphenol content and the antioxidant activity of the tea leaves; the method comprises the following steps: optimizing cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf polyphenol antioxidant extraction (including comparison in response to cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf phenolic antioxidants in different seasons) through a response surface method, quantifying part of phenolic compounds through HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), and carrying out vacuum concentration and vacuum drying on different extracting solutions; and drying to obtain the high-concentration cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf phenolic antioxidant, and testing an electron microscope (SEM) and a Fourier spectrum of the dried cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf phenolic antioxidant.
