Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an IGBT anti-breakdown circuit and method, and relates to the field of power electronics. The IGBT anti-breakdown circuit comprises a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) controller circuit, a low-voltage detection circuit and an IGBT driving circuit, the PTC controller circuit is electrically connected with the low-voltage detection circuit, the PTC controller circuit is electrically connected with the IGBT driving circuit, and the IGBT driving circuit is electrically connected with an IGBT; the low-voltage detection circuit is used for detecting an input voltage value of a low-voltage power supply input end of the PTC controller circuit and outputting the input voltage value to the PTC controller circuit; the PTC controller circuit is used for generating an IGBT grading turn-off instruction to the IGBT driving circuit when the input voltage value is lower than a preset early warning undervoltage threshold value; and the IGBT driving circuit is used for carrying out power supply and
