The method comprises the steps of collecting meteorological data in real time; acquiring operation state data of the power grid in real time; carrying out fusion analysis on the meteorological data and the operation state data, judging the meteorological data influencing the operation state data, and marking the meteorological data as influence data; analyzing the influence data, predicting the change trend of the operation state data, and drawing a corresponding data change curve; judging whether an early warning instruction is generated or not according to the data change curve; according to the data change curve corresponding to the early warning instruction, a power grid optimization scheduling strategy is formulated and executed; according to the invention, the influence of meteorological data on the power grid is fully considered, the intelligent opti
