The first insulating layer is disposed on the pixel driving circuit and has a first contact window. The first conductive pattern is disposed on the first insulating layer and electrically connected to the pixel driving circuit through the first contact window. The second insulating layer is disposed on the first insulating layer and the first conductive pattern. The second insulating layer has a second contact window. The second conductive pattern is disposed on the second insulating layer and electrically connected to the first conductive pattern through the second contact window. The plurality of connecting pads are arranged on the second insulating layer, wherein one connecting pad is connected with the second conductive pattern.
