Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an electric heating micro energy grid planning method, device and equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: building a frequency safety index constraint model in a frequency modulation process according to a power grid side primary frequency modulation strategy in an electric heating micro energy grid, and the frequency safety index constraint model comprises a maximum frequency drop rate, a frequency lowest point and a quasi-steady-state frequency; an objective function is constructed with the minimum annual total cost of the electric heating micro energy grid as an objective, operation safety constraint conditions are configured for the objective function, an electric heating micro energy grid planning model is generated in combination with the frequency safety index constraint model, and the operation safety constraint conditions comprise CHP frequency modulation operation constraints; performing convexity processing on a non-convex constraint condition in
