Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a battery pack system fatigue analysis method based on a convolutional neural network. The method comprises the following steps that acceleration sensor installation and acceleration load spectrum collection are carried out on a physical sample vehicle; constructing a finite element model of the battery pack system and a rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamic model of the battery pack system; training a convolutional neural network model and reversely solving a load boundary condition of the battery pack system; and performing fatigue endurance life simulation analysis on the finite element model of the battery pack system based on the load of the battery pack system.
