Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an on-chip thermal control system. A method includes measuring, by a plurality of thermal sensors coupled to a plurality of circuit sub-regions of a memory subsystem, temperature information associated with the plurality of circuit sub-regions. The method further includes generating a heat map based on the measured temperature information associated with the plurality of circuit partial regions, and determining, based on the heat map, a probability that at least one of the circuit partial regions has greater than a threshold probability of experiencing a thermal event.
