In order to accurately obtain a space electric field distribution diagram of a to-be-detected area, the linear position of a to-be-detected line is determined by utilizing a radar to carry out surface scanning. Therefore, supplementary strafing is carried out by using the second strafing surface in the azimuth angle direction, and the angle determination of the pitch angle of the surface strafing radar echo of the first strafing surface is realized. And after the pitch angle of the radar echo is determined, determining the linear position of the to-be-detected line based on the obstacle point data function.
