Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a production water reinjection system and method for synchronously recovering heat on the sea, and the system comprises a coarse filter, a production water cooler, a multi-effect coalescence separator pry, a medium filter pry, a water injection buffer tank, a water injection pump and a water injection manifold which are sequentially connected through a pipeline, the coarse filter is connected with an inlet of a new water production system for treating newly-added water production of the platform through an inlet pipeline of the new water production system; an inlet of the production water buffer tank is connected with an outlet pipeline of the in-service production water system, and an outlet of the production water buffer tank is connected with the generator set through a production water booster pump; the second water inlet pipe of the generator set is configured to connect an inlet pipeline of the production water cooler to an inlet of a heat recovery component of the generator set
