Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses high-magnetic-induction oriented silicon steel which comprises the following chemical elements in percentage by mass besides Fe and other inevitable impurities: 2.5-4.5% of Si; 0.03 to 0.08% of C; the content of Als is 0.015 to 0.035 percent; 0.001% < = N < 0.004%; mn: 0.05 to 0.20%; 0.001% to 0.02% of S; the rare earth element is at least one of Ce and La, and the sum of Ce and La is 0.001-0.2%; wherein in other inevitable impurity elements, V is controlled to be smaller than or equal to 0.005%, and Ti is controlled to be smaller than or equal to 0.005%.
