The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly paving copper alloy powder on the surface of a steel plate; sintering the steel plate on which the powder is laid for the first time, and cooling along with a furnace to obtain a bimetal material blank; the bimetallic material blank is rolled for the first time, after rolling is completed, the rolled blank is sintered for the second time, and a secondary sintered blank is obtained after furnace cooling; rolling the secondary sintered blank for the second time to obtain a secondary rolled blank; laying metal bismuth powder on the surface of the copper alloy layer of the secondarily rolled blank; and carrying out third sintering, and carrying out furnace cooling to obtain the antifriction copper-steel composite material.
