Through reactive blending, the polylactic acid/tung oil-based polyurethane composite material with good toughness is prepared. The high reaction activity of isocyanate is utilized to react with tung oil-based polyol, tung oil-based polyurethane is generated in situ in the blending process, and meanwhile, grafted or segmented copolymer and a cross-linked structure are formed with polylactic acid, so that the compatibility of the two phases is improved.
