The invention provides a fixing clamp for small animal operation. The fixing clamp comprises a U-shaped fixed clamp body, a movable clamp body, a folding assembly, a damping assembly and a pressing assembly. Puncturing heads for puncturing the fixing plate are arranged at the tail ends of two support arms of the U-shaped fixing clamp body; the two movable clamp bodies are hinged to the two sides of the U-shaped fixed clamp body respectively, and a clamp head is arranged at the end, close to the puncture head, of each movable clamp body. The folding assembly is connected with the two movable clamping bodies so as to force the two clamping heads to be mutually folded.
