Control system, loading machine, and control method

A control system for controlling a loading machine provided with a work machine having a bucket is provided with a controller. The controller calculates the traction force of the loading machine during excavation work for excavating an object to be excavated by the bucket. The controller calculates a load height indicating the height of a subject to be excavated on the inside of the bucket during excavation work.
