Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of biology. The microalgae Chlorella sp. VADA2020 strain is separated from a water sample of a Tarmakul lake in a Chanovsky region in a new Siberia region, and is preserved in the Microalgae Preservation Center of Institute of Physiology of Russian Academy of Sciences according to a registration number IPPAS C-2048. In order to culture the strain, a ready-made culture medium is used. The invention makes it possible to produce biomass with high protein and unsaturated fat content, suitable for nutritional purposes. More specifically, biomass having a protein content of 48.1% (by weight) and an unsaturated and monounsaturated fatty acid content of 59.1% (in total content) is produced, useful as a feedstock for the production of food supplements.
