Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for performing sperm morphology intelligent analysis based on a cascade SAM model. The method comprises the following steps: collecting sperm microscopic images for training; preprocessing the collected sperm microscopic image to obtain a preprocessed image; performing sperm head segmentation on the preprocessed image by using an SAM model in combination with a color screening method to obtain a sperm head image; performing sperm tail segmentation on the preprocessed image after sperm head segmentation by using a cascade SAM model to obtain a sperm tail image; splicing the corresponding sperm head image and sperm tail image to obtain each sperm segmentation image; training the classification model through semi-supervised learning by using each sperm segmentation image; and performing classification analysis on the sperm morphology by using the trained classification model.
