The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a seismic oscillation parameter analysis model constructed based on the pillar type electrical equipment and seismic oscillation parameters corresponding to a plurality of sample seismic waves; inputting each sample seismic wave into a seismic oscillation parameter analysis model to obtain a sleeve root stress parameter of the pillar type electrical equipment under each sample seismic wave, and constructing a seismic response database by matching each sleeve root stress parameter with each vibration parameter; training and verifying the to-be-trained model by adopting the seismic response database to obtain a casing root stress prediction model; and when an earthquake event aiming at the strut type electrical equipment is detected, acquiring earthquake motion information of the earthquake event, and inputting the earthquake motion informa |
