The invention discloses a data analysis system for an aviation low-altitude airspace. The data analysis system comprises a route construction module, a region information acquisition module, a weather acquisition module, a real-time model construction module, a simulated flight module, a simulated acquisition module, a data processing module, a historical flight acquisition module and an information sending module. The route construction module is used for collecting aviation low-altitude airspace related information needing to be analyzed and constructing a route according to the aviation low-altitude airspace related information to obtain a simulated route. The region information acquisition module is used for acquiring region information of an aviation low-altitude airspace on a simulated route; the meteorological acquisition module is used for acquiring meteorological information of an aviation low-altitude airspace on a simulation route. According to the method, more accurate aviation low-altitude airspa
