Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an image scale factor estimation method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an underwater structure image of a target object shot by a measurement system; the measuring system forms a double-beam laser spot with a preset distance on a target object through a duplex laser; performing center positioning on the double-beam laser spot in the underwater structure image to obtain two spot center points of the double-beam laser spot; according to the center points of the two light spots, the pixel distance of the double-beam laser spots in the underwater structure image is obtained; and calculating an image scale factor based on the ratio of the preset distance to the pixel distance.
