The system also comprises a mobile robot which moves in a pre-planned monitoring area, a navigation system which plans the moving track of the mobile robot in the monitoring area, and a hydrogen detection module which is fixed on the mobile robot and is used for detecting the hydrogen concentration in the environment. The environment monitoring module is used for monitoring the air condition in the environment where the mobile robot is located, the evaluation module is used for evaluating the hydrogen danger coefficient in the environment where the mobile robot is located, and the safety reaction equipment is used for reducing and controlling the hydrogen concentration in the environment.
