The real-time rock mechanical testing device comprises a support frame, a supporting plate assembly is arranged on the supporting frame; an annular pressing assembly is mounted on the supporting plate; the device further comprises a sealing clamping assembly, the sealing clamping assembly comprises an inner sealing sleeve, the top end of the inner sealing sleeve is detachably connected with an inner top clamping piece, and the bottom end of the inner sealing sleeve is detachably connected with an inner bottom clamping piece. The supporting frame is further provided with a downward pressing assembly and an upward ejecting assembly.
