Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of metallographic sample preparation, and discloses an aggressive agent and method for identifying a strip-shaped microstructure of a hydroelectric steel plate, the aggressive agent comprises an aggressive agent 1 and an aggressive agent 2, the aggressive agent 1 is prepared from 1-5 ml of nitric acid and 100 ml of absolute ethyl alcohol; the aggressive agent 2 is prepared from 1-2 g of sodium hydrogen sulfite, 2-4 g of lemon yellow, 100 ml of absolute ethyl alcohol and 100 ml of distilled water; the identification method comprises the following steps: grinding and polishing a to-be-detected sample, sequentially eroding by using the eroding agent 1 and the eroding agent 2, and observing by using a metallographic microscope. The etchant provided by the invention is simple and safe to prepare, lath bainite and lath martensite structures can be clearly distinguished through different colors, and the etchant is extremely easy to popularize and use in laboratories.
