The invention relates to the technical field of valves, and provides a gas driving method of a valve and a pneumatic valve.The method is applied to the valve which is opened and closed through movement of a valve rod, a bent spring tube is arranged at the outer end of the valve rod, one end of the spring tube is fixed, and the other end of the spring tube is movable and closed; the fixed end of the bourdon tube is communicated with a driving gas pipeline, and the curvature of the bourdon tube is changed and the outer end of the valve rod is extruded by gradually increasing the internal gas pressure of the bourdon tube, so that the valve rod is driven to move to open or close the valve.
