The batch hot-dip zinc-aluminum-magnesium plating layer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5-2.0% of Al, 0.5-2.0% of Mg and the balance of Zn and inevitable impurities, and when the steel member is immersed in a molten zinc alloy bath for hot-dip plating so as to form a batch hot-dip zinc-aluminum-magnesium plating layer on the surface, the temperature of the zinc alloy bath is 500-540 DEG C; and the hot dipping time is 30-150 seconds.
