Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of new materials, and particularly discloses a method for realizing remelting recovery of large-particle TC4 powder based on a gel bonding process. According to the method, titanium sponge, aluminum-vanadium intermediate alloy, aluminum particles, TC4 titanium alloy powder and a binder are selected as raw materials to prepare the TC4 titanium alloy cast ingot, and the binder comprises a mixed solution of hydroxyethyl methylacrylate and methylbenzene. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the remelting and recycling of the large-particle TC4 powder material are realized by utilizing a gel bonding process, the defects in the prior art are overcome, and the efficient recycling of the large-particle TC4 titanium alloy powder material is realized.
