The grease conversion rate of the prepared biological aviation kerosene reaches up to 100%, and the yield of the biological aviation kerosene can reach 60% or above. 本发明提供了一种生物航空煤油及其制备方法,属于生物航空煤油技术领域,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:步骤1:制备加氢脱氧催化剂;步骤2:将泔水油和加氢脱氧催化剂装入高温高压反应釜中,用氮气吹扫反应器及管路中的空气,再用氢气置换残留氮气,然后向反应釜中充入氢气进行加氢反应,得到生物航空煤油。本发明制备的生物航空煤油的油脂转化率高达100%,生物航空煤油收率可达60%以上。
