Antibody for detecting thyroxine or antigen binding fragment thereof, and preparation method and application thereof

The invention relates to an antibody for detecting thyroxine or an antigen binding fragment thereof, a related protein product, a nucleic acid product, a cell product, a detection reagent, and a preparation method and application thereof. The antibody for detecting thyroxine according to the present invention is an antibody for an immune complex containing thyroxine, which can bind to a thyroxine antigen-antibody immune complex, which is an immunogen, with high specificity and high affinity instead of binding to independent thyroxine and an anti-thyroxine antibody in the immune complex, and therefore, the antibody for detecting thyroxine can be used for detecting thyroxine. The immunodetection reagent can be combined with the anti-thyroxine antibody in the immune complex to be used for immunologic detection of thyroxine, and the immunologic detection based on the two antibodies has high detection accuracy and sensitivity, so that the limitation that a traditional competition method detection reagent is low in
