Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of solid waste recycling and high valuing, and discloses a method for synthesizing an MCM-41 molecular sieve by using retired fan blades, the MCM-41 molecular sieve and application of the MCM-41 molecular sieve. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pyrolyzing the retired fan blade in an inert atmosphere, and calcining in an oxygen-containing atmosphere to obtain glass fibers; (2) mixing the glass fiber with alkali, calcining, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a precursor solution containing silicon and aluminum elements; and (3) mixing a template agent with water to obtain a template agent aqueous solution, then mixing the template agent aqueous solution with the precursor solution, then adjusting the pH value of the obtained mixed solution to be alkaline, carrying out a hydrothermal reaction at 50-140 DEG C after standing and aging, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a solid-phase product, and calcining the solid-phase pro
