The device comprises a device base, an adjusting mechanism is installed in the device base, a plurality of extending pipes are symmetrically installed on the adjusting mechanism, each extending pipe evenly communicates with a plurality of air outlet pipes, an annular buffering box is installed at the end of the device base, and each extending pipe communicates with the interior of the annular buffering box through a communicating hose.
