A high-temperature gas cooled reactor is connected with a main heat exchanger; the main heat exchanger, the metal hydride heat pump system and the secondary heat exchanger are mutually connected in pairs; the secondary heat exchanger, the metal hydride heat pump system, the iodine-sulfur circulating reactor, the power generation unit, the compressor and the secondary heat exchanger are sequentially and circularly connected through a helium pipeline; the metal hydride heat pump system can directly heat cold water; and the iodine-sulfur circulating reactor obtains a heat source through helium heated by the seconda |
