The invention provides application of an FcRn expression promoter in preparation of drugs for inhibiting HSV-1, and the amino acid sequence of FcRn is shown as SEQ ID No: 1. According to the present invention, the action mechanism of the FcRn for regulating the HSV-1-induced lung injury is utilized to inhibit the methylation of the FcRn coding gene promoter and promote the expression of the FcRn so as to achieve the purpose of reducing or inhibiting the HSV-1-induced lung injury. 本发明公开了FcRn表达促进剂在制备抑制HSV-1的药物中的应用,属于基因工程技术领域,解决了现有技术中HSV-1肺炎的治疗效果不理想的问题。本发明提供了FcRn表达促进剂在制备抑制HSV-1的药物中的应用,其中,FcRn的氨基酸序列如SEQ ID No:1所示。本发明利用FcRn在HSV-1诱导的肺损伤中发挥调节作用的作用机制,抑制FcRn编码基因启动子的甲基化,促进FcRn表达,达到减轻或抑制HSV-1诱导的肺损伤的目的。
