Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a composite material for promoting osteogenesis and resisting tumors after osteosarcoma resection and a preparation method of the composite material. The composite material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1% of pyrroloquinoline quinine; 2% of calcium nitrate tetrahydrate; 1% of diammonium hydrogen phosphate; 2% of ammonia water; and 94% of deionized water. Firstly, the PQQ-nHA composite material is prepared by the method disclosed in the invention, the material is injected into a subcutaneous tumor, through the pH responsiveness of the composite material, an accurate inhibition effect on osteosarcoma tissues with relatively low pH in a tumor microenvironment can be realized, and the PQQ-nHA composite material performs a'one-stone-two-bird 'action mechanism of resisting tumors and promoting osteogenesis by regulating and controlling an NF-kappa B pathway, so that the PQQ-nHA composite material has a good inhibition effect on osteosarcoma tissues with relatively |
