Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of biological materials, and particularly relates to a cross-linked glutathione response polymer vesicle as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the vesicle comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a monomer 4-(((4-nitrophenyl) carbamoyl) oxy) benzyl methacrylate MA-NPA; (2) polymerizing the MA-NPA obtained in the step (1), 4-cyano valeric acid dithiobenzoate and oligomeric ethylene glycol to obtain POEG-PNPA (Polyethylene Glycol-Polyethylene Glycol); 3), the polymer POEG-PNPA and the entrapment medicine are self-assembled to form the cross-linked glutathione response polymer vesicles. According to the technical scheme, the cross-linked glutathione response polymer is obtained in a chemical cross-linking mode, the stability of the vesicles in a blood circulation system can be greatly promoted, and premature release of the medicine is avoided.
