Zusammenfassung:	A rotary connector device (6) is provided with a stator (10), a rotor (20), and a cable holder (70). The rotor (20) includes a rotor-side connector (22) that can be detachably connected to a harness connector (8C) provided to an end portion (8B) of a cable (8A) of the harness (8). The rotor (20) is provided so as to be rotatable about a rotation axis (A2) with respect to the stator (10).
