Mucoadsorption patch and use thereof in drug delivery

The present disclosure provides a mucosal adsorption patch, the patch comprising at least one ball comprising a drug; the at least one ball has elasticity such that the at least one ball deforms when a mechanical pressure is applied on the pressure application surface of the patch, and when the mechanical pressure is released and the mucous membrane sealing surface is on the mucous membrane of the subject, the at least one ball at least partially restores its expanded state, deforms the mucous membrane, and when the mucous membrane sealing surface is on the mucous membrane of the subject, the at least one ball restores its expanded state. Thereby reversibly filling at least a portion of the at least one spherical cavity, resulting in migration of the drug in the mucosa.
