Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a filtering Doherty power amplifier based on a substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) and a coplanar waveguide (CPW), a post-matching structure is adopted, the overall response has a filtering characteristic, and the overall circuit comprises five parts: a filtering power divider circuit, a direct current bias circuit, a carrier power amplifier circuit, a peak power amplifier circuit and a post-matching network. The filtering power divider circuit based on SIW and CPW structures averagely distributes input power to carrier and peak power amplifiers, has a filtering response characteristic, and has a certain inhibition effect on out-of-band stray; the direct-current bias circuit is used for providing direct-current bias voltage required by the power amplifier circuit and ensuring normal work of the power amplifier circuit; the carrier and peak power amplifier circuit amplifies an input signal, and meanwhile, needs to meet the power and efficiency requirements under saturation and back-off
