The method comprises the following steps: configuring basic conditions; the basic condition comprises a query path, a condition value and a condition relationship of the case data; the conditional relation represents a relation which needs to be met between a target value queried based on a query path of the case data and a conditional value; generating a rule item based on any basic condition and/or cascading a plurality of basic conditions to obtain the rule item; combining the rule items to obtain rule conditions; configuring to obtain a trigger action corresponding to the rule condition; and based on the rule condition and the trigger action, configuring to obtain a medical alarm rule.
