Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a dynamic wind measurement method based on a marine meteorological drifting buoy, which relates to the technical field of marine wind measurement and comprises the following steps of: checking the integrity, coherence and rationality of data; de-noising processing is carried out on the data by using a Kalman filtering algorithm; filtering invalid data, supplementing time-interrupted data, and deleting unreasonable data; converting the wind direction data into angle representation; calculating the inclination angle of the sensor by adopting an Euler angle internal rotation model; performing wind speed error compensation by adopting a curve fitting method; performing wind direction error compensation by adopting a curve fitting method; and calculating a wind measurement error caused by rotation of the buoy by utilizing a parallelogram rule and combining the drifting speed and the drifting direction of the buoy, and finally obtaining a real wind speed and wind direction value of the sea s
