The invention provides a DMD-based explosive analysis fluorescence spectrophotometer and method. The DMD-based explosive analysis fluorescence spectrophotometer comprises a dispersion light path system; the dispersion light path system comprises an excitation light source, excitation light generated by the excitation light source is reflected to a fluorescent film sensor through a dichroscope, and a to-be-detected explosive type analysis fluorescence signal generated by the fluorescent film sensor sequentially passes through the dichroscope, a band-pass optical filter and an optical splitter to generate a fluorescence spectrum signal; and a fluorescence spectrum signal reaches the spectrum detector after being selected by the DMD.
