The pure steam sampling device comprises a tank body, a heat exchange assembly and a diffusion pipe, a blocking wall is arranged in the tank body, the tank body is divided into a condensation cavity and a separation cavity which are arranged up and down through the blocking wall, the condensation cavity is located above the blocking wall, the separation cavity is located below the blocking wall, and the condensation cavity is provided with a steam inlet; the heat exchange assembly is arranged in the condensation cavity and used for cooling and condensing pure steam entering the condensation cavity from the steam inlet; one end of the diffusion pipe is connected with the retaining wall and is communicated with the condensation cavity, and the diffusion pipe is used for carrying out instantaneous flash evaporation on condensed water which flows into the diffusion pipe and is mixed with non-condensable gas so as to separate the non-condensable gas from the condensed water.
