The supporting device comprises a first top plate and a second top plate which are hinged to each other and adjustable in relative angle, two supporting rods are hinged between the first top plate and the second top plate, the lower ends of the supporting rods are provided with sliding rods capable of being slidably adjusted in the length direction of the supporting rods, and the lower ends of the sliding rods are in ball joint with a supporting plate. Side plate assemblies are fixed to the lower surface of the first top plate and the lower surface of the second top plate correspondingly and comprise hydraulic cylinders, the hydraulic cylinders on the two side plate assemblies are fixed to the first top plate and the second top plate correspondingly, fixing blocks are fixed to driving shafts of the hydraulic cylinders, and side plates adjustable in inclination an
