The device comprises a drilling machine and a measuring drill rod, a plurality of axial acceleration sensors, a plurality of radial acceleration sensors, a plurality of lateral acceleration sensors, a data collector, a power supply and a signal transmitting device are arranged on the measuring drill rod, glue is injected into a cavity of the measuring drill rod, and a computer receives monitoring signals transmitted by the signal transmitting device.
