Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a processing technology of a high-temperature low-alloy steel track shoe, and belongs to the technical field of track shoe processing. The machining process of the high-temperature low-alloy steel track shoe comprises the following steps that (1) Fe, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Mo and microcrystalline carbide are subjected to ball milling and mixing, and a low-alloy mixture is obtained; (2) the low-alloy mixture is subjected to heating normalizing, heating quenching, high-temperature tempering, surface quenching and low-temperature tempering treatment, and a low-alloy crude product is obtained; and (3) modified resin and a polyisocyanate curing agent are stirred and mixed, the surface of the low-alloy crude product is coated with the mixture, curing is conducted, and the high-temperature low-alloy steel track shoe is obtained.
