Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an application of a gene related to a tobacco calcium receptor in regulating potassium accumulation of plants, the potassium accumulation of the plants is controlled by regulating the expression level of an NtCBL2 gene, and the potassium accumulation of plant seedlings under normal conditions and low-potassium conditions can be improved by knocking out the NtCBL2 gene. The nucleotide sequence of the NtCBL2 gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. The NtCBL2 gene provided by the invention is a negative regulatory factor for tobacco accumulation. Potassium accumulation of tobacco is controlled by adjusting the expression level of the NtCBL2 gene, and transgenic crops with different expression levels of the NtCBL2 gene are obtained by means of genetic engineering. The method meets the requirements of modern agricultural development, and has important practical value and market prospect in the aspects of increasing new function utilization of tobacco, researching tobacco potassium accumulation an |
